2pood.eu ships to Germany, Netherlands, Latvia, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Austria, Czechia, France, Bulgaria, Croatia, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Romania, Finland, Belgium, Portugal, Hungary, Lithuania, Italy, and Greece.

Most orders will ship by the next business day. Please keep in mind that during holidays and large releases shipping windows could be longer.

Once your order ships you will receive tracking info in your email.

Please reach out to uksupport@2pood.zendesk.com ASAP, If the item has not shipped we can accommodate an address change but once an item ships we have no ability to change the address.

Normally when this happens it is either mis-delivered to a neighbor, or in a parcel locker if available. Please check with your neighbors and postal worker, and reach out to customerservice@2pood.comto make them aware of the situation.

60 days from the delivery of the item.

As long as the belt is showing no signs of wear (Chalk, Dirt, Hair), we will accept the belt for exchange. Please be sure to double check your belt to ensure it’s clean before returning.

Please refer to the sizing charts. If you need further assistance, please reach out to our awesome customer service team for more help.

Short answer - yes. We prefer your belt to have a gap between the ends, rather than overlapping. We’d recommend sizing down.
