I recently got this tape to replace the rogue sticky goat tape for thumb tape. I always had a problem with the goat tape coming loose or not sticking when I need it too. This weightlifting tape fixed all of those problems and I’m loving it so far!

I am so happy that my gym friends turned me on to these. I can now do walking lunges and squats a little more confidently! My only gripe is medium is a little too tight (but fine) and large is a little too big.
